Description

International Associates Limited (IAL) is expanding its global network of approved freelance GWO Auditors to support the continued growth of our GWO certification activities. We are particularly seeking experienced auditors across Europe, while also welcoming applications from suitably qualified professionals in other regions. Working as part of IAL’s certification team, freelance GWO Auditors will undertake independent and impartial audits of GWO training providers, assessing their management systems, training delivery and conformity with applicable GWO requirements. This is an opportunity for experienced GWO Auditors to work with an international certification organisation and contribute to maintaining high standards of competence, safety and certification across the global wind energy training sector.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should:

Hold current GWO Auditor qualification relevant to the scope of work.
Have current GWO Auditor competence recorded in WINDA.
Meet the applicable ongoing GWO Auditor requirements, including the required audit activity and annual Auditor Development Training (ADT).
Have practical experience conducting certification or conformity-assessment audits.
Have experience auditing GWO training providers.
Demonstrate experience across multiple GWO training modules.
Have experience working with international training providers.
Be familiar with physical and relevant digital or blended training environments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of GWO requirements and technical standards.
Analytical, objective and evidence-led auditing
Strong interviewing, questioning and evidence-gathering skills
Excellent audit judgement and decision-making
Clear, concise and professional report writing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including working effectively across cultures
